Last night Jimmy and Seth Myers told stories about anchoring the Weekend Update desk at SNL and Seth told Jimmy about some of his worst dress rehearsal bombs. It got me thinking about how long I've watched SNL and what some of my favorite sketches were. I was a huge SNL fan growing up in the 90's (I was also waaaay into Hypercolor too, don't judge me) and I LOVED "The Sinatra Group" sketch:
Phil Hartman, Chris Rock, Sting....so good. And even though it wasn't particularly "old school", I also loved "The Christmas Song" sketch with Jimmy, Horatio Sanz, Tracy Morgan and Fred Armisen Chris Kattan. What is your favorite old school SNL sketch?
