Parkour is an attempt to negotiate obstacles in the most efficient way possible, as if moving in an emergency situation, using skills such as jumping and climbing and is often seen in urban areas because of many accessible public structures like buildings and rails. Last night on LNWJF athletes from the World Freerunning & Parkour Federation showed off their skills in Studio 6B.
