If you've been poking around on the internet today, you've probably seen this INSANE campaign ad circulating. It's from Carly Fiorina's campaign for a seat in the California State Senate. In it, she claims that her opponent, Tom Campbell, is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Pretty standard mud-slinging fare, but with the cheesy lamb clipart animation and a Ken-Burns-effect-on-drugs feel, it's pretty crazy for the first two minutes. BUT. At about the 2:30 mark, this goes to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL of crazy, when an adult man (or woman?) is dressed in a sheep outfit, with glowing red eyes, crawling around in a field. Combined with the serial-killer-on-the-phone-with-the-police voice over, this is quite possibly one of the most terrifying and hilarious displays of American politics, culture, and freedom that I've ever seen:
