Last night Jimmy and some Late Night staffers paid tribute to legendary Where In The World Is Carmen San Diego? house a cappella group "Rockapella" and it was awesome. A cappella groups are well known for their awesome, punny names. A great example is "Here Comes Treble", Andy Bernard's fictional Cornell University a cappella group that he constantly mentions on The Office. (Nard Dog 4-Eva!)
Yesterday we asked you to send in some of your colleges' a cappella group names to our Twitter and you responded. Behold the results - these are ALL REAL! Here's the whole cheesy list of groups that probably do a pretty impressive all-vocal rendition of Smashmouth's "All Star" (and I'm sure they all do a mean "Empire State of Mind" with that one 'rappy' guy leading the charge).
