Today's Late Night Eats wisdom: The great thing about pickles and pickling is that it just keeps giving. It's like that relationship where you keep screwing up and every time you go to apologize that other person is like "Not only do I forgive you but I also made you a cake. You're gluten intolerant? Yeah I know, that's why I made you a gluten free cake." That is true love; it keeps giving. Rick Field of Rick's Picks is here to show us how pickles and the pickling process is just like that! Here are two quickie lessons from Rick, the first about how to make an easy delicious appetizer, Smokra Roll Ups. Yes, smokra is okra! Remember from our last pickling lesson that a pickle can be anything, not just a cucumber. Now onto the Roll Ups!
