I know you're probably all really upset that 7th Floor West has come to an end (for now), but don't worry, we've got something extra for you today to help sooth the pain. It's an extended clip from Episode 3, Part 2. The scene took place when the writers argued over the fart noise that Miles insisted on playing during Jimmy's meeting - and Higgins stepped in to try and figure out what sort of fart it was. Whether you're a fart aficionado or not, you're going to want to watch this:

Sadly, summer 7th Floor West Mondays have come to an end, with tonight's second half of the finale episode. Last week, we ended on a cliffhanger when Jimmy got shut out from In-Office Beach Day, after Jenny and Miles' deactivated his ID. Tonight, Miles is poised to take the place of Jimmy as the leader of the conga line - unless, of course, a friend steps in to help:

Like most television shows, sitcoms, and reality shows that have come before it, every once in a while all shows need to have a reflective retrospective episode to get the viewers recapped and caught up on the events that have occurred so far. With all of the drama and the emotion of the first nine episodes of 7th Floor West it was certainly time for a recap. Here's Episode 10: "OK, Here's The Deal..." as Jimmy is asked to make yet another difficult decision, he reflects on the choices and events that have shaped his life in late night so far.

Last night, we re-aired an episode of 7th Floor West, but never fear: a BRAND NEW EPISODE will be airing this coming Monday, July 13!! All I can tell you is that The Roots will be confronting Jimmy with a "disturbing piece of gossip." (You know how I knew that? I took a look around the all new www.seventhfloorwest.com!) DRAH-MAH. What do you think is going to happen?

I'm still waiting for the "YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID" scene between Jimmy and Lauren. (If you know what I'm referencing, then you're my BFF, or, perhaps more appropriately, we should join a Hills support group together.)

We live in a post 24 culture so we're all very used to television torture, which is maybe not a good thing. I have faces of people being interrogated burned into my mind. So now whenever I see someone making a "torture face" - even when they're not being tortured - I can't help my mind from going there. And people make torture faces all the time, trust me. Thanks 24.

So I couldn't help but think of this when I saw these pictures from this weekend's F1 Grand Prix in Spain (yes, I know what you really come to this website for - RACING NEWS). Check out this picture of driver Jenson Button celebrating his win:

Pure celebration!! Champagne EVERYWHERE!! Now, take that same picture, but just the face, and imagine Jack Bauer saying "Tell me where the bomb is or I'll spray this paralyzing foam on your face!!! TELL ME!!"

Tonight, a new episode of 7th Floor West will premiere on LNWJF! We have part 1 of the new episode, "It's Come To This," exclusively for you, RIGHT NOW. It's a really good one - the clear villain has emerged: Miles. He wreaks havoc during a writers meeting, and Jimmy calls him out:

Make absolutely sure you tune in tonight to see part 2, because there is a cameo from Steve Higgins that is nothing short of brilliant.

Anybody at LNWJF will tell you that one of my favorite things we've done on the show so far is definitely the Hills-esque reality series, 7th Floor West. Last night, we debuted a new episode in two parts. In this episode, "What's Done Is Done," the writers confront Jimmy about what tie he chose, and The Roots help him figure things out. Let's just hope Miles doesn't do something crazy after this...
