Late last week, news of the most popular baby names for 2008 was going around: according to the Social Security Administration's yearly report, Emma was the most popular girl name, Jacob the most popular boy name. But did you happen to notice the little video on the right hand corner of the SSA's website? Well, we did. And it's amazing. Not sure if this is a rogue SSA employee's creative masterpiece, or the government's attempt to create Tim and Eric style viral marketing. I'm not sure we'll ever understand the reason this exists, without a special Congressional investigation, but here's what I do know. It involves babies talking a la those creepy E*trade commercials, the voice of Elvis, Cabbage Patch Kid arms, Blingees, and a green screen. WHAT?
