Twitter is proving to be a pretty massive force for fostering change (and also for telling people what awesome fro-yo you just ate). Apparently the Twitter tide of change keeps rolling because Coke and Pepsi said hey to each other on the internet:
This calls for a new song: "I'd Like To Give The Choice Of A New Generation A Coke And Sing In Perfect Harmony". This could really change things guys. What if all corporate rivals did this? Take McDonald's and Burger King for instance. What if they decided to step in the game? Imagine with me. McDonald's could start the conversation really simple, like this:

Nice. Opening up the dialogue. But really, Burger King's been full of swagger lately with that giant King mascot and their "Flame" cologne. You think they're just gonna say "Yeah, let's be besties"? Or would it go down more like this:

Then while McDonald's would wonder if they're lovin' that, the King would celebrate:

Man, King. That's cold. Maybe Twitter's not ready to stop all the beefs yet. (Sorry, hamburger pun.) But I would love it if this actually happened. What other corporate meetups would you want to see on Twitter?
