Obviously the biggest news of today is that New Moon drops tonight at 12:01am. OMG!!! Seriously, I think every theater in NYC is sold out and there is gonna be a riot in the streets tonight while people are waiting for the Twilight saga to continue. And tonight Taylor Lautner will be a guest on Late Night.
Here's a few facts about Taylor to prep you for tonight:
- He's an accomplished martial artist, studying karate from age 6 to 13. At age 12 he won the Junior World Championships.
- At age 13 he won the role of Shark Boy in the Robert Rodriguez film, The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D.
- The director of New Moon considered replacing Lautner with a different actor. To keep the role, Lautner weight-trained extensively and gained approximately 30 pounds.
- His nick name is "Dr. Abs".
